FNF: The Doxxing of America
Today on Friday Night Fights: the Doxing Wars continue. This time around, it just happens to be the US Supreme Court Justices. It breaks Mr. Jon's Rule #3, I firmly believe there are several violations to privacy and public safety pre- and post-Doxing, and the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) should be amended.

For those of you living under a rock, one of the 9 Supreme Court Justices, Justice Alito, wrote a draft piece that brings up revisiting Roe V. Wade, the law that legalizes abortion and gives women the confidence to break Rule #3 and shout in a random person's face "MY BODY MY CHOICE." Stack on the Planned Parenthood V. Casey case, which is about minors getting abortions without parental concent, and now we have a firestorm.

This draft piece by Justice Alito has caused a firestorm, this much is true. Where I stand on the matter is irrelevant to the reason behind today's Friday Night Fights. This is about Doxing.
Doxing is loosely defined as releasing someone's personal and private information to the public. For this particular example, ALL of the Republican-leaning Justices have had their home addresses publicly released. Other instances would include releasing information about where high profile people, good or bad, go to work, who their parents are, where their children go to work, current spouse, past spouses, etc.
IN MY OPINION, DOXING IS BULLYING THAT IS LEGALIZED BY THE FOIA AND NORMALIZED BY CURRENT (TRUMP AND BIDEN ADMINISTRATION) POLITICAL AND SOCIALIZED CULTURE.
For a society that wants safe space, that wants everyone to be "included" no matter your race, creed, culture, religion, or sexual orientation, DOXING IS HYPOCRACY AND SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED!
I can guarantee if the "shoe was on the other foot" and these people that are screaming were doxed themselves, this would be an entirely different conversation. However, they feel safe because of their "keyboard shield" / anonymity of the matter.

Here is where my "goat gets got" in all of this. The below link is WH Press Secretary Jen Psaki getting questioned during today's (5/6/2022) press briefing. When Peter Doocy of Fox News asked if the White House condemned the posting of a map with Justices' home locations on it, Psaki retorted with the "right to peacefuly protest" mantra we've all heard a thousand times. When Doocy pressed, she spit these answers:
“The president’s view is that there’s a lot of passion, a lot of fear, a lot of sadness from many, many people across this country about what they saw in that leaked document,” she said. “We obviously want people’s privacy to be respected. We want people to protest peacefully if they want to protest. That is certainly what the president’s view would be.”
“I don’t have an official US government position on where people protest. We want it, of course, to be peaceful, and certainly the president would want people’s of privacy to be respected.
“But I think we shouldn’t lose the point here. The reason people are protesting is because women across the country are worried about their fundamental rights that had been law for 50 years — their rights to make choices about their own bodies and their own health care — are at risk. That’s why people are protesting. They’re unhappy. They’re scared.”

So in other words, ACCORDING TO THE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION, IT'S OKAY TO DOX SOMEONE AND "PEACEFULLY PROTEST" OUTSIDE OF THEIR HOUSE.....
Wait.
Wait just a damn minute!
What the hell kind of "Peaceful Protests" were going on in 2020, both before and after the election of Mr. Joe Biden???

Now let's combine the two. Close your eyes and imagine this scenario for a moment. Yup. Here's my Probability Precog kicking in....
1. Justices' get Doxed, hundreds or thousands of protestors march on their houses, treating the Justices like Frankenstein's Monster.
2. Someone gets hurt or shot, either by a Chief Justice fearing for the safety of his/her family or, God forbid, the "monster(s) get captured and villified publicly in the streets"
3. Someone else steps in to defend the Justices' and their families. Law Enforcement? Neighbors? Local Militia or Religious Group?
4. Riot breaks out. More people hurt, shot, injured, dead, etc.
5. Recall step 3? Yup. More Doxing. More clashes. More Cultural Conflict in the streets, in the public, for the world to see. Now loop steps 3 and 4 until those "in power" do something about it.
6. The rest of the World changes their point of view about us, yet again.

Long and short, DOXING HAS TO STOP! I can attest that beyond a shadow of a doubt this whole Doxing the Supreme Court Chief Justices is going to end very, very badly. You've seen it, I've seen it, we've all seen it.

Yea, a fellow constitutionalist. Mass media (broadcast, streaming, cable, print, and internet) are all filtering what you see, hear, and experience (shall I say Disney). Once upon a time media gave you pure entertainment (no political slant), or in the case of news - the facts (from all angles) and you were required to develop your own opinion from that. Yesterday I heard a NBC News clip stating that Trump wanted to tell you what to think, but she commented "that was their job".
